The Portarlington project consisted of four base build specialty retail tenancies and fit outs to the tenant's specification.
Our live environment experience was critical here due to the site constraints. The site required strict public protection protocols and protection works to neighbouring operating businesses and a public car park.
With no room to store materials on site, the project demanded meticulous planning and just-in-time coordination by our site team to keep the works moving safely.
