LendCon were engaged to complete a high-end warehouse and office for a mechanical services company who required facilities to support their growing business.
The warehouse had specific height and storage requirements as well as manufacturing areas. The office fit out was extensive and used high-end construction methods including exposed off-form concrete walls and charred timber.
